AUTOMATIC DIE SORTING
The DYMATiX 1046's modular design provides the ultimate in
functionality. With minimal changeover time and adjustment, the
1046 can pick, inspect and sort die from film frames or waffle
packs into pocket tape, SURFTAPETM, punch tape,
waffle packs and GEL-PAKsTM.
This flexibility is available on the same machine platform, or
for those not ready for the full-featured unit, to opt for a
scaled down, upgradeable version. The system is CE compliant and
meets the requirements of Semi S2-0200 an S8.
The 1046 has auto input cassette loading, a robust, multifaceted
machine vision system, precise die placement, programmable
plunge-up and a variety of optional enhancements. The system can
be configured with automatic tape and reel, rotating pick-head,
die inversion for flip chip applications, auto Jedec/waffle pack
stacker, bar-code reader, wafer mapping and bump inspection.
The 1046 consistently provides precision die placement and
includes the DYMATiX signature programmable plunge-up subsystem.
This unique plunge-up mechanism facilitates the processing of
irregular die shapes and sizes of very small, as well as thin
die.

The DYMATiX 1044 provides high-speed die sorting capabilities on an
extremely flexible and functional platform. The 1044 picks, inspects and
sorts die from film frames, grip rings or waffle packs and precisely
places them into waffle packs, GEL-PAKsTM, grip rings or film
frames. The system can be configured with input and output auto cassette
loading, rotating pick-head, bar-code reading, and wafer mapping. The
system is CE compliant and meets the requirements of Semi S2-0200 and
S8.
Similar to the Model 1046 automated system, the 1044 precisely places
die and includes the DYMATiX programmable plunge-up. As with the 1046,
this plunge-up mechanism facilitates the processing of irregular die
shapes and sizes of very small, as well as thin, die.
All of this capability can be handled with minimal changeover time, and
no mechanical adjustment. |
